Spring to Auction (School wide Event) Spring Each Year, Date Varies
The ONE fundraising event of the year, the Spring to Auction has something for everyone and includes silent & live auction items, raffle ticket auction items, and class sponsored items for auction. There is always fine food and beverage for guests. The children's preview day allows children the opportunity to participate in the fun and drop raffle tickets for auction items. Volunteer Needs: invitations, marketing, coordinating food and beverages, soliciting businesses for donations, RSVPs, auction catalog, set/clean up, decorating, bookkeeping.Fall Parent Social September/October
The fall event is for parents to re-connect and celebrate the beginning of school.
Book Fair (School-Wide Event) October
Scholastic Books delivers a virtual store to our parish conference rooms – you will think you stepped into a book store. All proceeds support the library. Teachers provide classroom wish lists. Students are given a special time to shop with their class.Monster Mash (Grades 1, 2, 3) October

Festive poinsettias, wreaths and roping are pre-sold by the 8th grade class for pick-up in early December to support class activities.
Breakfast With Santa First Saturday in December
This popular event is hosted by the kindergarten dads and is a great event for families and children of all ages.
Christmas Boutique First Thursday in December
This festive and fun event is sponsored by the 1st & 2nd grade parents and enjoyed by the entire school. Students in Pre-K through 8th grade are invited to purchase Christmas gifts for their family members and friends. A beautiful display of gifts in every price range is displayed in the school gym which transformed into be a winter wonderland. Families are asked in advance of the event to either donate or assist in a craft night to create modestly priced gifts. It is a great way to support the school and kick off the holiday season. Typically donated items include: costume jewelry, Christmas decor, ornament, sports items, picture frames, pet treats, paper sets, pen sets, hair accessories, fancy socks, fun gloves, bags, balls and other gift items. Volunteer Needs: shoppers to purchase items to sell, and crafty people to make items to sell, staffing the various booths, gift wrapping, helping the younger children shop, and set/clean up. Student fun event with dj, dance instructor, music and games!Family Picnic (Sponsor: Seventh Grade parents & classes) October
The seventh grade parents are responsible for the organization, contributions, and execution of both the family picnic and class night. The family picnic is a fundraiser for the 7th grade to begin their Eighth Grade Trip Fund, and all seventh grade families and students are expected to participate and volunteer. The family picnic is held on school grounds at the beginning of the year. Events include a cookout and fun games and activities including a bouncy castle.
Class Night (Sponsor: Seventh Grade parents & students) Friday before Graduation in June
Class night is a traditional dinner served by the 7th grade for the 8th graders and their parents just before graduation. This is a beautiful opportunity to honor the graduating class.
Field Day (School Wide Event) Late-June

Field day is a fun filled half-day event of games, races, and activities for students in 1st grade to 7th grade (PK and 8th grade have graduated before Field Day).
Box Tops Labels (School Wide Event) September to June
Labels are collected all year and redeemed for cash for the school. Various contests are announced throughout the school year. Save your labels!!
