We also support our local public libraries during the summer as they promote and run summer reading programs. We encourage your student to join the Fairfield Public Library's Summer Reading Program. Students can easily keep track of their reading online and earn fun prizes while doing so. Anyone can join - you don't have to be a resident of Fairfield!

This book award was started by a librarian in CT who saw a need for the recognition of high quality books for our youngest readers. These title specifically focus on ages 5-8. Mrs. Wilson finds many great nonfiction titles from this website.
