Admissions Overview

  • Located in the heart of historic Fairfield center, St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic School was established in 1921 to educate young minds with lessons founded in the teachings of the Gospels. For over 100 years, St. Thomas Aquinas has grown in enrollment and in physical size, while maintaining the characteristics and warmth of a small school. Through the support of the St. Thomas Aquinas Parish, the school has benefited from a state-of-the-art Parish Center that is home to several classrooms, a the gym/auditorium, as well as a music room and several meeting rooms.  The New England Association of Schools and Colleges (NEASC), the state of Connecticut, and the Diocese of Bridgeport accredit St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic School.

    St. Thomas Aquinas has an open admission policy. Admission is based on a personal interview, placement screening, and previous school records, when applicable.
