After-School Care
Offered Daily to 5:30pm (K-8) and 4:30pm (Pre-K)
textThe After-School Care program is designed to support school families by providing a safe, reliable space where children can stay engaged and cared for until the end of the day. It’s more than just supervision—it’s a nurturing environment where students can unwind, have fun and get extra help with their homework. Recognizing the busy schedules of parents and guardians, the program offers flexible hours and scheduling (pre-registration is not required). Students attending other school activities are welcome to join the After-School Care program upon conclusion of their program.
- After-School Care begins when school dismisses and ends promptly at 4:30pm or 5:30pm, depending upon age group.
- After-School Care is not available on half days or if school is closed or dismissed early.
- Students are organized into two groups: Pre-K & K and 1st-8th Grade students.
- Children are able to change into play clothes and to bring peanut-free snacks from home.
- A MINIMUM of one hour (1) is charged for all students in After-School Care, even if arriving after other school programming.
- A late fee of $10 is charged for EACH fifteen-minute interval after the relevant ending time.
- Payment is due at the end of each month.
St. Thomas offers daily Before-School Care beginning at 7am (K-8) and 7:30am (Pre-K). There is no fee for K-8th grade students.
