STUDENT PROGRESS / GRADES / DIRECTORY

St. Thomas uses Plus Portals online platform to provide real-time access to grades, attendance, parent / student contact information and classroom updates. Parents and students can log in anytime to stay informed about academic progress and connect with families. Final grades are posted to Plus Portals.

MONTHLY LUNCH PROGRAM

St. Thomas uses Boonli.com as its lunch ordering and payment platform.  Lunch can be order a month ahead of time and students may opt in for any number of days. Password: Saint340

UNIFORMS

St. Thomas' uniform supplier for grades Pre-K through 8th grade is the Liebman's Uniform Company. Please visit their online store at www.liebmanuniforms.com or click button shown here.

ONLINE ENROLLMENT MANAGEMENT

St. Thomas uses the Finalsite enrollment management system. This system hosts required Back to School forms through an annual Enrollment Forms Checklist: Directory, Dismissal Plan, Bus Election, Emergency Contact, Beyond the Bell Release, etc.  To log in or set up an account, please use your account email and then select "Continue Enrollment Process" to complete the Enrollment Forms Checklist or "View Checklist" to view your responses.

PAYMENT SYSTEM

Tuition and incidental fees are billed, and must be paid, through the FACTS payment platform. Through this portal, you will be able to sign up for automatic payments, initiate a payment from a checking/savings account or credit card. 

VOLUNTEERING 

St. Thomas relies upon the talents and resources of our families. There are many opportunities to get involved as detailed here. Families with students in K–8 are asked to complete 30 volunteer hours per year. Families with students only in Pre-K are asked to complete 15 hours. Families may opt to contribute $20 per hour in lieu of some or all required hours (up to 20 hours for K–8; all hours for Pre-K), which will be billed through FACTS at year-end. Volunteers must be VIRTUS trained.

STOCK THE PANTRY

Each First Friday of the month, the school collects shelf-stable items to be donated to one of four pantries. Each grade will be assigned a different item to bring in and those items will stay consistent throughout the year (click HERE for full list of items). Some of our students will deliver the food and stock the shelves at the pantries.

YEARBOOKS

St. Thomas' yearbooks are produced each year by Lifetouch.  You can order at anytime throughout the year at their site by clicking the button at the left and entering the Code: 3409426. Yearbooks will be distributed at the end of the school year.
