Faculty Support
Faculty compensation is a top priority for St. Thomas, resulting in double-digit increases in wages since 2022. We also have expanded professional development opportunities and enhanced curricular support and planning to support the growth, excellence and collaboration of our faculty. Your support helps promote, retain and attract high-quality faculty.
Financial Assistance
We remain deeply committed to making Catholic education accessible to all families by keeping tuition affordable and by offering financial assistance at every level. We actively develop donor relationships and directly support many students through scholarships and other support. Together, we financially support over 15% of our students.
Academics
St. Thomas continually enhances its academic programming to stay at the forefront of education. We have adopted best practices and significant enhancements in our Math and Science programs including adding labs, new courses like geometry and innovative co-curricular opportunities. In addition to enrichment, support enables critical intervention resources in literacy and math across all grades.
Community Building

Your support fuels marketing and enrollment efforts—from brand building and a new website to forming key partnerships to share the joy and mission of St. Thomas with others. Your generosity strengthens co-curricular initiatives and programs rooted in kindness, service and collaboration, fostering a vibrant and inclusive environment.
Facility Upgrades
Thanks to generous funding, St. Thomas has been able to preserve the charm of our over 100-year-old facility with ongoing upgrades while making key renovations to keep it modern, functional and inspiring. Recent investments include a renovated Library Learning Commons, new breakout rooms for collaborative learning, an updated faculty workroom, and a state-of-the-art gymnasium.
Advanced Technology
Funding plays a vital role in ensuring St. Thomas remains a leader in educational technology, providing both the tools and training needed for a modern learning environment. Classrooms are equipped with state-of-the-art display boards and one-to-one Chromebooks. Our programming includes cutting-edge skills like coding, 3D printing and virtual reality as well as adaptive programs for personalized learning and digital literacy.
