Public Speaking

At St. Thomas, we firmly believe in public speaking as a normal part of daily life to help students build confidence, develop communication skills and prep for future academic and social success. In addition to readings at our First Friday Masses, students are encouraged to engage in speaking opportunities at our various school-wide assemblies and programs. Curriculum at all grade levels includes numerous speaking opportunities from our Invention Convention and science fairs, to Shark Tank and historical biography presentations.
