Strategic Plan

Our current strategic plan emerged from a collaborative process that took place during the 2019–20 and 2021–22 school years. Through surveys, focus groups and community forums, numerous people shared insights about St. Thomas and suggestions for its future.

During this process, we challenged ourselves to identify St. Thomas’ historic values and strengths while also envisioning our next century. As you explore this plan, we hope that current and prospective members of the St. Thomas community will be inspired and proud of St. Thomas’ role as a unique educational institution in Fairfield that leads with faith and builds community while delivering academic excellence.
