(Grades 6, 7, and 8)
While language arts, mathematics, science, social studies, religious education and foreign languages comprise the core Middle School curriculum, our Middle School students are challenged to solve problems resourcefully, think more abstractly, and to communicate effectively in speech and writing. Classroom activities aim to promote personal growth and peer interaction, while students are encouraged to take risks, gain success, and view mistakes as vehicles for future growth.

St. Thomas uses the Diocesan curriculum Maps for Religion and Math. We will follow the maps for the other subjects when they are complete. The maps and schedule may be found on the Diocesan School Website at www.bridgeportdioceseschools.org.  Go to curriculum on the side bar and then curriculum mapping.
